Hi guys, I just recently started playing on Sacred 3 and am still pretty new with the game. Due to myself having no experience with the previous Sacred series, I actually have no expectations towards the gameplay. There is, however, one thing I'd like to ask. How should S3 Seraphim be built/played correctly?
Correct me if I am wrong, but I view S3 Seraphim as a Support-based class who is capable of assassinating. Thus, I personally feel that her role is as such..
Primary - Assassin
Secondary - Support
Personally, I tend to view her in such a way because her S3 AoE skillsets do not do much damage, such as her Vortex, Lightning, Holy Nova (I hope it's the right name) & Divine Aura, they clear off small mobs easily but against medium/large mobs, those skills are highly undesirable. To a certain extent, I believe Holy Nova and Vortex are best utilized for disengaging/disrupting mob position, so it is more known for its utility rather than the damage. In fact, I think players gravitating towards the AoE built are probably gearing for high-scores + chain executions.
Her other skills, such as Judgment and Soaring Light, are what makes me believe she is best suited for assassination. Because Soaring Light allows her to position herself away or in to a desired position and quickly assassinate important targets, before positioning off in to a safer spot. Judgment, IMHO, allows Seraphim for constant DPS on crowds and single targets alike. I mainly use these two for score grinding + execution because mashing X with Seraphim repeatedly is very mundane and monotonous..
For equipments, I go with her Citadel Guard with Bow Down enhancement, so that I have an easier time executing anyone. And for Spirits, honestly, I don't find the spirits helpful so far. The only ones I actually wouldn't mind using were Dryad, Dragon, Dark Elf, Demoness and Battlemage as the rest were very risk-based or party-player ba sed.
But I'm curious, would anyone care to provide a breakdown guide for Seraphim and share what is the most optimal way to play her? I am currently at lv12/13 and I have yet to try the rest.
I do have to say though, it was rather disappointing when I found out that I couldn't play Seraphim as a mage-based caster and her wings were just for aesthetic display :/. The CGI made is so pretty but then the in game-Seraphim model is completely different (Enlighten me because I can't download the DLC at the moment, code problem I believe).
But yes, please advise and please share?
Thank you and have a nice day :).
